Jeremy was my next-door neighbor while we are stationed at Fort Hood together. We would sit in my front yard drinking beer and talk about the APFT, promotion boards and life in general. I will always remember the steak dinner I made for him and his wife the night before we shipped out to Iraq. memorial day is in May for most of the country but for me it's in August. Rest easy brother.

Still missing my perfect nephew. He gave the best hugs ever and the most contagious smile. Sigh...
