Love Lives On

Those we love remain with us
for love itself lives on,
and cherished memories never fade
because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
more than a thought apart,
far as long as there is memory,
they'll live on in the heart.

The Landstuhl Hospital Care Project has honored LCpl. Kenneth E. Cochran with shipments of care and comfort items to wounded troops in military hospitals stateside and overseas for September 2016. This includes the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, field medical units in Afghanistan, and throughout the Middle-East. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the family of Lance Cpl. Kenneth E. Cochran:
Kenneth gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our fallen heroes be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you. "Some gave all."

Dear Ken,
On Memorial Day I picked your name at our church, Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Aliso Viejo, California, and I tried to find your parents' address to send them a note to let them know I have been praying for you. I happen to truly love the Marine Corps!! Both my sons, now adults, were born in Camp Pendleton as I was married to a US Marine for over 18 years. I loved that life! I have very fond memories of my life in the military. To you, thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice. To your family, may God give you the strength to pull through this very difficult moment. My prayers and thoughts are with you. SEMPER FI!!
