Buzz was a great guy. I was a sales associate at Harry Levinsons and I just thought the world of him. What a true gentlemen he was. I was very proud to work for him. I will always remember him and I working in the warehouse together and working with him to get merchandise into our store. What a helpful and totatly wonderful man. He never had to do, he just did gracefully. Thank you Buzz for setting an example to follow.

Buzz was such a "direct" person - he seemed fully engaged/interested in what I had to say, -and clearly said what was on his own mind. I always admired his great business sense and generosity. He was so patient trying to help me learn to water ski at the lake (it felt like 30 x's)-and so gracious as my family stayed at the house during graduation from BU.
One of the things I'll always remember is the sense of honor and joy all the Levinson kids had when the jingle about "Harry Levinson's has it" came on the radio and you would all start laughing and stand up in honor of the stores --and I thought - to honor your Dad.
Surely, his love for the water, sailing, people and life has been passed on to the next generations - along with a deep love for his family. Sending warm thoughts, and prayers for all the Levinson family.

As I remember Buzz, I think of his many wonderful qualities such as: integrity, kindness, generousness, knowledgeableness, and full of humility and interested in others, and listening about their activities. I loved hearing about his Sailboat Races and also reading his love of Poetry regarding the sea the winds and especially the sailboats. Thanks Buzz,

To the family,

It is great to hear the comments about Buzzy. Though you don't know me, I had the honor to work with him. He was a great leader, friend and admired his spirit for life. These things I will remember always and grateful to have known him.

I fondly remember sailing so many regattas with my grandpa and spending time doing something we both loved. From snipes, sunfish, windsurfers, and iceboats - he loved to teach his passion. I'm proud to report his great children started learning under his tutelage.

So sorry to the Levinson family. Buzzy was such a nice man . Since mother worked for them, I was able to start my first real job there when I was a teenager. We have wonderful memories. Our love and prayers to you all.

I will always remember Buzzy with his 3 x 5 cards jotting notes down. It was a pleasure working with you and for you. You and your family will always have a special place in my heart.

A great memory I have of Buzz was when my band was playing close by in Indiana. We all stayed at the lake house and Buzz gave all of the band members some of his "Sophisticated Shirts". Somewhere he will know that those same members sport those same shirts as we traverse across the world.

I'll never forget the day where I was spending my first Christmas in California with my soon-to-be wife. The whole family was there, and I hadn't popped the question yet. Frank Howard passed the phone around to all the family members and when it got to me, Buzz so eloquently said,"So, what's taking you so long!". Here's to you, Buzz.
