I only know Amy, however my thoughts go out to all friends and family. From what I read, it sounds like she was a very loving person and will me very much missed. My best to all, Stephanie.

Dear Herrin Family,

This news saddens my heart because I remember your Grandma and Grandpa so fondly. Thank you for sharing them in so many ways...I absolutely loved the Lincoln Middle lunch room because your grandma just lit up the lunch line with her loving smile, and she shared it with all of us. Who knew graham crackers and icing were such a delicacy?!!! Her sweet voice could smooth the wrinkles out of a gauze shirt! You and Liz were two of the most loved grandkids I ever knew! I mean, it takes a bit of stamina for grandparents to stroll across a a cross country course or two, and by golly it was sheer joy to see them cheer you two to the finish. May your many, many sweet memories keep her loving spirit close to you until you meet again.
With much love, Paula (Carroll Fullmer)
