My best friend
You have a great smile and I'll miss your kindness
You made me feel happy when we played when we where kids and you gave me a bear hug when I needed one. I will miss you my friend.
I'm sorry To Hear About Her passing. I Was Her Staff For A Few Months Last Year And I Had The Pleasure Of Getting To Know Her. Misty Was Full Of Life, Laughter, And Smiles. I'm Sending Prayers To Her Family, Jenny, Friends, And The Many People She Knew And Brought A Smile Too. I remember Taking Her And Jenny To The Riverside Dance And She Danced And Danced Even Though She Was Sun Burned. Don't Let Me Forget She Mingled With So Many People And Knew So Many People. Misty You Will Truly Be Missed.
God bless you and your family. Melissa will be sadly missed .My son participated with her in special Olympics .

I met Misty at a Heat softball game through a co-worker. May her infectious smile and zest for life last an eternity to heal her family's sorrow.
Still hasn't sunk in that Misty will not be at Special Olympics. I will miss her amazing smile and willingness to help others. She always gave it her all in swimming and never gave up. I am going to miss you, Misty, so much. Special Olympics will never be the same.
I am so sorry to hear of Misty's passing. I will always remember the special kindness she showed towards my daughter as we were getting involved in Special Olympics. Her smile and kind nature will always be remembered!!
Prayers for the family & friends.
Misty was one of those athletes who touched the lives of others in so many ways. She would take our younger athletes under her wing and always made sure they were safe. Misty was especially kind to my daughter, Kelly and treated her alot like a younger sister. I will miss her laugh, bright smile and that devilish look she got in her eyes. To her family, please know that she was loved by many and she will remain in our hearts forever.
I went to church for many years with Misty at New Horizons UMC. She would help me with the small children during the service. To her brothers--I am very sorry for your loss. Lynn West

You're in my thoughts and prayers, my memories go way back to when four of us couples would get together and Aaron and Misty were toddlers. I can picture Marilynn with arms wide open welcoming her beloved daughter home with her.

As a lonng time friend of Jenny Holloway's family, I send prayers to Melissa's family, Carole White and family.
I only had meet Misty a few times at the store when she was with her roommate or boarding the bus to head to Terre Haute for Special Olympic's. She inspired me from day one. The Simmons are blessed knowing that Misty was a kind loving person with so much to give. She will be missed terribly. God Bless You All
Thinking of you and the kids! Sending my love, Peg
Our whole family knew Misty from Special Olympics and The Butler University Cafeteria. Our son, Andrew, had a wonderful summer of softball as her teammate in Special Olympics West. We are so grateful for the friendship we had over the years!
