When I was an intern with The Indianapolis News during the summer of 1961, I went with Larry George to do a story on the City-County Building being built at Market and Delaware streets. The soon-to-be city's tallest building at that time was just framed in girders -- no walls. We took a jerky elevator to the 28th floor. The wind was strong. Larry George walked out on a beam 28 stories up, turned around and took a photo of the developing building. I was holding on for dear life. I thought at the time what a daredevil this guy was to get a good photo. Never forgot the experience . . . or Larry George.

I knew Larry and Dean Timmerman and learned so much from both of them when I was just learning photography. I'm so sorry for your loss and am keeping Larry and your family in my prayers.
