Mr.Marino always made you feel like a winner. You couldn't walk up to that snack bar without him calling you by name and saying "great game..." he'd watch you through that window to the court. If you played in the small gym he'd ask how you did...then he'd give you a hot dog and a smile..tell you to go get em next week too. You never forget a person who always has time for you. He will be missed by so many.
We remember Joe fondly in our basketball years at St. Bede, he was a wonderful role model for all the kids, Blessings, Lee and Barbara Hilbert

Joe you will be so missed. I have never met such a devoted person to CYO at St. Bede's. You taught me the ropes on how to run the snack bar when I was a new Director for the GAP program. I was so scared and you made it look so easy. You always has time to talk to me and give me great advice. You always found good in children. I guess God need a wonderful Angel in Heaven. All great memories of a wonderful man. Any life touched by his is better because of his smile, drive, belief in God and belief in each person he met. He's probably already been fitted for wings in heaven!

Rest in peace Joe. We our all bless to have been touch by you. You have been a rock at St Bedes for long as I can remember. Thanks for all the words you said to me when times were hard. I say the Gym should be name after Joe. I will always remember Saturday morning breakfast at the gym.
Mr. Marino was a great role model for all children. He had a heart as big as his smile. I loved to listen to his stories about he and my dad who went to high school together. Mr. Marino will live in the hearts of many and never be forgotten. Prayers to the family and memory be eternal. Connie Spinnato
The St.Bede's snack bar will never be the same.. I loved walking into the gym & immediately was greeted by Mr.Marino, always smiling & happy to see me too. My dad has one of his Hornet side-kicks next him now. Sleep with the Angels!
My heart felt thoughts and prayers for the Marino family. Your father was a wonderful, kind hearted man. Who I truley apprecatiated him while my kids Donnie and Angelina were growing up at St Bede. He always kept a close eye on all the kids. He will be missed and St Bede snack bar will never be the same without his smile and good conversation he offered. Love and miss you Joe.
