James Robert Nelson, born July 27, 1984 was called into the Kingdom of Heaven on Thursday, February 14, 2013. James joins his grandfather, Joe Nelson, his uncle, David W. Nelson, his aunt, Sharon Nelson and his dog, Jenny in eternal life. James leaves behind his mother, Karon Roberts of Beaufort, his grandmother, Mary Nelson also of Beaufort, his girlfriend, Stacey Nelson, one brother, Tony Roberts II of Ridgeland, three sisters and one brother in law, Heather (Nelson) and Michael Harris of Kansas City, MO, Mary Hilderbrand and Deidre Roberts of Ridgeland, one uncle and aunt, Melton and Chong Nelson of Las Vegas, NV, two nieces, Amara Spencer and Alyssa Harris of Kansas City, MO, many cousins and many friends. James worked as a carpenter until 2003, when he began working as a tradesman installing and restoring hardwood floors which he continued to do the last ten years. James was an animal lover and loved spending time in his boat on the water. James was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved forever. Services were held at Sauls Funeral Home, 310 W. Adams St., Ridgeland, SC on Monday, February 18, 2013. (saulsfh.com)
