I am so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. Through the wonders of the internet I found Jerry several years ago and we had a nice conversation. Also spoke with Georgia a few years ago. Lovely people. I knew Jerry from Rimini, Italy back in the early 70's when we were both in the Air Force. We had some great times together and have many fond memories of those days. My heart felt sympathy goes out to the entire family.
You will always live in our hearts and prayers.we love you Jerry

Jordan, This is Justin (lived in Colorado with Daron And Connor) So sorry for your loss, its very tough loosing a loved one. My mother passed in October from cancer. She was also 63. To young to leave us so soon. Keep your family close and support your mother. Your father was a person who everyone knew of. He really was a Jackson Celebrity. That took years of community envoloement. My prayers go out to you and your family over this Christmas.
Georgia, please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss. Jerry was a dedicated and honest public servant but I will remember him most as a member of our softball team who was willing to sacrifice his body (broken arm, broken collarbone)for the sake of the team. I think the reason he tried so hard was because you and Bailey were always there cheering him on.

Georgia, boys, Aunt Mary and the whole Ludwig clan....I grew up with Jerry and will always count him as a favorite cousin. Whether it was back here in PA or up in Michigan we shared growing up together, and enjoyed the bond of being part of a great family. Jerry in his youth was always ready for an adventure. As he matured he became a wonderful husband and father, local businessman, and gave back heartily to his country and then his local community.
He struggled for a long time with ill health, but always was ready to forge ahead against the circumstances, and get it done.
For as much as I enjoyed Jerry for being the character that he was, I admired him for the way he lived and the many important things he accomplished as a man.
My world, and our world will be less interesting place without him.
My sympathy to all of his family and our thoughts and prayers are with you.
