My grandfather was an amazing man and he taught me alot! I have the best memories and i'm so thankful. I spent the summers with him and gram and when I got older I would go see them during the week. Grandpa and I walked to the softball fields and cheered on the teams and we watched TV and had great talks. He explained every bug in his collection to me. When we weren't together, we called each other. My grandparents were everything to me. I was fortunate to live only an hour away so I was with them often. My cousin Chad and I spent summers in Charleston and tortured them LOL, but we had the best time! Grandpa and I called each other up until the last month laughing and talking baseball until I couldn't get ahold of him. I'm so grateful to both of my grandparents and am thankful they opened their heart and adopted my father, uncle and Aunt.I loved being their grand daughter.

My dearest uncle, oh what a joyous reunion it was when the Lord reached out and welcomed you into the eternal peace in heaven and the countless loved ones that have gone before waiting there to greet you. My mom and your sis loved you so much and you are now reunited, I trust you gave her a few minutes to visit before you started giving her orders. I will miss your smiling face and look forward to the moment when I see you all again.
