Mrs. Freeman taught me Algebra II in the 63/64 school year at JHS. My condolences to her family. She was an inspirational educator.

I'm so deeply sorry for your lost. I met her 35 years ago, I did not have Mrs. freeman for math but a teacher next door but everyday she was at her door with the most beautiful smile and her eyes lighten up, she always made day. Mrs. Freeman take your rest.

Mrs. Freeman was one of the best teachers I ever had. I had her for Geometry and Algebra in 1984 and 1985. She will be missed in the world of education.

Mrs. Freeman taught me Geometry in 1974. I got a little lazy my senior year and skipped Algebra II with her. She got upset with me for not taking the class and I always regretted my decision because she was right. I loved her passion for teaching. She was one of the best teachers I ever had. Thanks Mrs. Freeman you were the best!

My husband and I both had Mrs. Freeman for Algebra and Geometry in the 80s. I was able to help both of my boys with their homework because of what Mrs. Freeman taught me. Mrs. Freeman surprised my kids with very generous gifts at Christmas last year. I hope she knew that her thoughtfulness was genuinely appreciated. I am very sad to hear that she has passed. Clyde and Dai, you will be in my prayers.

I really enjoyed her algebra class at Jackson High in 57/58. She was one of the few teachers who came to our class reunions. Then I saw her several times in the early 90's at the Jackson Oaks where her father, Mr. Gray, and my mother lived and we would find them conversing in hallway when we came to visit. She hadn't changed a bit and always had that pleasant smile and personality. My condolences to all the family.
