Jaime, You are one of the best Soldiers I have ever had the chance to work along side. You were always upbeat and happy. I think of you often. I remember the time we almost got our vehicles stuck in that little village going from Kabul to BAF... when he had to exit the trucks and walk them through the narrow road ways... the same place all the kids ran up to us to get water and see what we were doing there. I remember you getting on one of the bicyles the kids were using to take a picture. Fond memories brother... You will never be forgotten. Til I see you again...

Even after all these years, I still cherish your memory. I will never forget that day in Germany when I first saw your smile and heard your laugh. I am blessed to have met you and serve next to you. I will not say good-bye for I will keep your memory with me always. My blessings and warmest condolences to the Gonzalez family. You are more blessed than all of us who met him for you had him in your family. God bless you.

To my brother Jaime..its been three years and i dont know if its getting easier..all i can say is mom really misses you..samantha is something else and i know u would figure that one out real quick lol..we have a family reunion every august in ur memory so u will never be forgotten..Let me tell u what ur daughter did to me the other day..she had just came home from school and she lefted her arms up and i hugged her and out of the blue she said my under arms stinked i was so embarass so i just kept shut with my face all red..so i just let it go so wen she left to the room i had esperanza smelling my under arms and she said i didnt stink so i was puzzled why she would say that..later that day she ran to esperanza and hugged her then esperanza yelled at her and said SAMANTHA THEN SHE RUSHED OVER TO cover her mouth so grandma wouldnt hear her...thats rat knew if grandma would find out she was smelly she would be in trouble so she blamed it all on me..dont worry i will get her back....mwahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
