I just learned of Janet's death; I was so saddened. She was a dear and loving friend. Her beautiful smile made a bad day better. I will miss her dearly.

To the family of Janet, all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. May you see the eyes of Christ in all you meet in the coming days, months and forever to comfort you.
Rev. Susan K. Ferguson, WLHS 1973
In addition to all her local family and friends, Janet made many friends at the Worth Collection in her tenure there. She was the "can-do" person who handled everything with competency and a smile. My condolences to all her friends and family.
Sincerest condolences to RJ and all of the Rudolph family. I will never forget the first time I saw Janet, at Purdue at Harry's -- if one can imagine such a thing. She was so stunningly beautiful I'm sure I was quite slack-jawed. And she looked exactly the same the last time I saw her -- probably ten years ago. She always struck me as charming, warm and easy to talk to. Clearly, our world needs more like her and she will be remembered.

I can imagine Janet and Christopher are walking the streets of gold right now... such deep grief here for everyone who knew her, but such joy for her. God Bless the Rudolph Family at this time... The Onorato Family & Terry & Lynn Spartz
Janet was my first cousin and best friend when I was a kid. She was a little bit older than me, but what seemed like light years when I was little. I looked up to her, and could not imagine how she could dance around to rock and roll while wearing her navy blue bikini. Later in the day we would hang out by the pool after she ordered up burgers and fries at the local country club where her parents were members. It was always a thrill to visit Indiana and get to see Janet. In my family we all got spread out and moved around a bit but Janet was always there in Indiana. When I got divorced, and felt so bad, I happened to have a field project where I was working near Indianapolis, and I gave her a call out of the blue. Of course I wound up coming right over and we had a ball laughing and joking about the past, about the present, and about things not so good maybe, but, getting better. I don't know what we will do without her.
I will never forget the first time I met Janet during rush at the Pi Phi house. Her presence unnerved me yet intrigued me. Janet sprinkled style, grace, and kindness to everyone she touched. I imagine she is in Heaven, sprinkling her Pi Phi Angel dust to all. T.O.T.T Lesley Sarkesian
