My Dearest Laura-Lee and Family,
a poem of tribute:
Our hearts reach out to you at this news of the Loss of your Mom,
While yet we give THANKS to GOD for the Beautiful gift of the Life she lived out before you, GOD & man!
She was "as a fruitful vine by the side of the house...(with) children like olive plants round about ...(her) table."
A gift of Reaching/Spreading Spirit, Courage, Perserverence, Generosity and Love.
A Living Testimony that she so carefully planted & nurtured in you all while she was here.
Which we Praise GOD to say we've been privileged witnesses to see, in the overflowing oil of the fruit of your life.
Ms. Sarah Ellen truly was a Proverbs 31 "virtuous woman",
"...her own works praise her in the gates."
I want to thank Sara for raising such a wonderful and caring daughter, Laura. You gave me a supportive encouraging and inspiring friend that brought to me the spirit of God's love. She gave me the gift of friendship an act of love that makes God's love real for me. Thank you for this.
Here I am passing on God's love to others in the community of man.
God Bless you and yours.

My condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss.
My parents were both only children so all my Aunts and Uncles were Greats. Sarah Rounds Price was perhaps the greatest of them all. She was an inspiration to all in my family from her journey from the south, her going to march with Dr. King in Washington, her rising to become the chief supervisor at the Purdue Univ. main cafeteria, and her entrepreneurship, she was indeed visionary. Her strength was inspiring and never more seen then in her loss of four children who proceeded her in death. She died on my birthday. I am gutted by her loss. Rest in peace sweet princess.
Having known Sarah for 20 years, I was saddened to hear of her loss, but grateful for having known her and called her a friend. Heather Martin
Tara,my sincere condolences on the passing of your Grandmother. May she rest in peace. God be with you and yours.
