I love the human story here and visited a house that I and my husband are considering to purchase that belonged to the family because of it. How wonderful the inspiration that we all can do a little better, a little more for each other. Florita Davis-Smith

the man was generous, to a fault, and the only reason I clicked on his name was because I saw a segment of man v food, I am planning to be in arkansas around june and july and wanted to see if I could have the privilege of working for him, without pay of couse, I guess now I will not, it is a shame I will not get to work alongside someone with such a big heart, the work the man did was almost fanaticle, and I find that wonderful,he put his whole heart and soul to giving back to public servants, and lord knows some of them kept me out of a great deal of trouble in my youth, so I owe them, and thought this would be a nice way to say thank you.rest in peace sir, thank you for the work you have perfomed, from an 8 and 1/2 year MARINE CORPS VET.

I will never forget Jennings Osborne's beautiful light spectacular at the west end of Cantrell Road, before it changed to Highway #10 West. One year, after writing a letter to them on how much I loved the display, my young son and I were invited to go behind the compound and see them. I will NEVER forget how special we felt behind the gates and the compound wall. And I will never forget Jennings Osborne standing outside in the frigid hold, handing out those fat peppermint sticks to everyone who stood in line to get one. I videotaped "Entertainment Tonight" the year the lights were moved to Orlando, FL, when Breezy (their daughter, who was the reason for the lights in the first place), got to hit the switch for them to be displayed there the first year. There will never be anything like that display again and anyone who missed them needs to look on YouTube and google the story and just imagine how it felt to actually be there. Mr. Osborne was a great man with a wonderful heart and he is missed for all the beauty he brought to Arkansas, including Boo at the Zoo (at the Little Rock Zoo), the 4th of July fireworks, and tailgating parties at Razorback football games. Thank you so much to Jennings, Mitzi and Breezy for all the wonderful memories. I still believe because of good people like you. R.I.P., Jennings Osborne.
