Mr. Servill was my Special Education Teacher from 1969 to 1974, and when I think back to those days, some 40 years ago I can only think of him with fond memories, not only how he helped me with my dyslexia, but telling me true stories of how be buried Japanese Soldiers in WWII (He sure didn't like doing that!) But John was a first class teacher and a jewel of a man who relly changed my life at a time when I needed a change. RIP JOHN

Mr. Survill was my grammer school teacher and left the biggest impression on me as a young man. he had a no nonsense approach. and credit him for helping to make me into the man i am today and often quote him to my own 15 year old son ..after him they broke the mold and knocked down the school..roosevelt school..farewell Mr. survill and thank you for a job well done..

I just want to say that Mr.survill was my teacher for two years and still carry the no nonsense lessons he instilled in me and often quote him to my own son my heart goes out to the teacher who taught me to be man after him they broke the mold and knocked down the school..roosevelt school farewell Mr.survill
