My prayers and sympathy to the family of Johnny Kucks and know that at Rev.32:3,4, God gives us hope of seeing our loved ones again because He is going to do away with death, pain and suffering forever. May you all find comfort from Him because He is the God of all comfort.

Our heart aches for your loss at this time. May the God of comfort be with you at this time and as long as you need him.(1 Cor. 1:3)

I first heard the name Johnny Kucks when my father told me an ex Yankeee came to visit him at General Motors in New York City. My dad was a Brooklyn Dodger fan.

My dad thought Johnny was one of the finest men he ever met. Little did I know that I would be in the same industry as Johhny. While Johnny was at Lykes Lines and I at Farrell Lines, I got to meet Mr. Kucks. As time passed and Lykes was bought by a competitor I asked Mr Kucks if he would like to work with us at Farrell Lines. He said Big guy if I am going to work for you you have to stop calling me Mr. Kucks, I am Johnny.

Johnny was a great man. Johnny would always say my lovely wife Barbara. He held Barbara on a pedestal. I remember when he went to see Frank Sinatra at the Arts Center with Barbara.

Johnny was a great guy to work with, to learn from and most important Johnny was a very good man. They dont make men like him anymore.

God Bless you Johnny Kucks.
