Dr. Drummond-Webb. I knew you years ago from the Cleveland Clinic. Deep respect for you. Wanted to send thoughts of peace and hope to those who were touched by his life - what a legacy. Honor him by reaching out to those around you - those who seem to need help the least usually need it the most. Love always heals.

I will never forget what you said to me the day I met you. "Marc, I can't save your little girl...but God will through my hands." Those were the words that comforted me Jul 9, 2001 at Arkansas Children's Hospital. The best thing is...HE did! We brought Dakota to your funeral. She was 3 years old and healthy thanks to you. I can only imagine how many children have been lost since then. I told your story to a stranger today. It has brought back tears so deep that I wept like I did when I met you. May God have mercy on your soul and we will meet again my friend. I can never repay you for what you did, except I did something for someone that could never be paid back to me. You taught me that. Thank you and God bless. http://www.facebook.com/marc.kenney1

Thinking of you today and I randomly found this site. Today what seems like yesterday but it wasn't you performed open heart surgery on my son Ethan. He is doing well...he is 23 and has a full time job and is still being followed for his heart. I will never forget the compassion you showed us those many years ago when you sat next to me and said you would take care of him as if he was your son. I'll never forget those words. I so appreciate everything you did for him. You went the extra steps for him and for so many others. May you rest in peace. You are missed by many.

I'm thinking of you today. I stumbled across the photographs I took of you at ACH and memories are swirling. I can't believe it's been nearly nine years since you left us. You are missed by so many, including me.

My son turns 13 today. Dr. Drummond-Webb fixed his heart when he was 2m old. He saved my son's life and we will be forever grateful for that. Every birthday that goes by reminds us of the miracle that happened so many years ago and the man that made these wonderful years possible. Thank you again and forever.

I read "Walking on Water" after my son had Open Heart Surgery in 2007. He was a Tet baby and was operated on at UofM. I witnessed firsthand what miracles Peds Cardiologists work & I can only imagine how much pressure you were under....not to mention the helplessness you felt at times. I cannot say that I was shocked to hear about your death, but I hope that you have found the peace that you so desperately wanted. Please guide all of the doctors and nurses as they work on our precious angels. Blessings to your family.
