My name is Katy and I am 19 years old. I do not know you or your family in any way. I heard about this site on the radio and had to come and check it out. I'm signing your guestbook today to tell you 2 words. THANK YOU! You do not know how much I appreciate you fighting for this country and my freedom. You will always have a place in my heart and you will NEVER be forgotten. Again, THANK YOU!

Paying tribute to Cmdr. Joseph Acevedo, with a Great Amount of Thanks for his Many Years of Service and Dedication to our Country and for Freedom.
May he rest, in the Mighty Hands of God and know that he Truly is an American Hero.
May God's Loving Grace and Comfort continue to be with the Acevedo family.
Those who Made the Ultimate Sacrifice, shall NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
My brother among them. KIA-Vietnam 1967.

" What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose,
