I discovered Clive Burr as a 15 year old drummer in 1980 with the release of "Iron Maiden". I was so influenced by him I played, dressed and cut my hair to resemble him as much as possible. I've been a Clive Burr devotee my entire drumming life and was devastated when I learned of his passing. A day hasn't gone by that I've not listened to the first 3 Iron Maiden albums. This world is much emptier without you but you are at peace. I'll miss you Clive.

We met in london in 1992 and friends all these years.
Clive always friendly coming to our shows at the Alike Cooper tribute to Alice Cooper - UK.
He is and always will be a great Drumer!

Rest in peace Clive The music you and your family band members have given through the years has touched my life for so many years. Your life was fulfilled with entertainment for others . Awsome performances along with insperation . Thank you you have touched so many. You have passed on but you will never go forgotten. Rest in peace. Symphothies go out to your family.
