I wanted to express our families deepest sympathy to the Musial family- We grew up watching and listening to him always-He seemed to me to be a part of our family- A great ballgamer and even more a great man!! "The Man"-
I will always remember him, especially him retirement day- Back then, there was very look recording equipment for the public.I had set up for 19" B?W TV and a polarid camera. I thoguht I get a great pic of the ceremony, and all I got when developed was a blank TV screen and TV itself. This is my time caption of the picture and he always reminds me of my dad and listening to Cards games on the radio.
