Dear Connie,
With Deepest Sympathy on the passing of your dear husband. I just found out and was shocked to hear of his passing. God Bless.

Connie,
I like many others are shocked and profoundly saddened to hear of Dr Jurczak's passing it is like losing a member of the family. He has been my Dentist for almost 30 years more than half of my life, it was such a great comfort to know he was always there when I needed him. I so enjoyed my talks with him and loved the twinkle in his eye when he teased you and talked about his family.

There is a very special reason for so many people to kept coming to him year after year, when you find the best you don't let it go. His lost leaves a hole in heart and lives of many. If a successful live is measured by the impact it has on others he was triumphant. While his passing is so painfully sorrowful we were all so lucky to have known him.

My most deepest sympathy to you and your children

Dear Connie and Family,
Dave and I were away when your letter arrived with the news of Dr. Frank's passing. We are all deeply saddened by the news.
We started coming to him when the boys were young, and continued even after we moved to Wallingford.
He will always be remembered as a great man and wonderful dentist. He will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts are with you all at this time.

Connie and family,
I just received your letter in the mail and was shocked to hear of Dr. J's passing. I still remember my first visit to his office over 30 years ago.
When my son, Mike, played soccer we meant your daughter Karen, I believe they were 6 years old. We had more than a dr. , patient relationship. The rest is history. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Dear Connie and family,
I was so very sorry to hear of Dr. J's passing. It is not often that someone can say they were happy to see their dentist, but this is how I felt about being a patient of Frank's. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Connie and family,
Bill and I are so very sorry to hear of Dr. Jurczak's passing. We always felt like we had such good fortune to find Frank for a dentist and felt that you were both some much more than people who cared for our teeth. Please know at this time that you are in our thoughts.

Fondly

Dear Connie,

I am shocked to hear of "Dr. Wonderful's" death. Frank was my dentist forever. I met Frank as a college student, both of us working at Atlantic Machine Toolworks during the summer. Every time I was in the office we would talk at length about the beach, real estate, and about our lives. He was so proud of his kids, I actually followed them in high school, college, and their careers. I feel diminished, my world became smaller today hearing this news. I really, really liked this man. He was a great guy. My condolences to you and the kids.
