I was blessed with knowing RB for a very short time in Albuquerque, NM. I worked at a music shop and he would stop by every now and then. I remember how happy he was that he had just bought a Gibson Robot guitar. First I was star struck then that quickly waned to respect and admiration. RB had such a pleasant, easy and open disposition. In spanish we call it "tranquilo." Big smiles and fun conversation every time. I was bummed to learn of his death today.
