I am so proud of my cousin Lenny. He was a shining example of courage and determination. He made his life a tremendous success. He was kind and gentle. He was a beautiful man.
I sat behind Lenny in Transcription at the VA from 1975 until he retired. He was the best "go-to" guy when you needed another set of ears to figure out what a doctor was dictating. He never shared the story of how he was injured in the war and after reading it, I have even more respect for this very kind and gentle man. It was a privilege to have known you, Lenny!
Our Condolences to the family from the members of the 151st Combat Engineer Battalion Reunion.
You were loved so much while you were alive and will be missed so much now that you are gone. I will miss you greatly.
