I have so many memories I don't know where to begin. So I'm just going to rattle off a few things. Pewaukee Lake, Iola, sun buckles, rubarb crisp, collector plates, "tufsita" (not sure on the spelling of that!), Butler, neighbor, friend, subsitute teacher in kindergarten, my daughters "grandma" $1.00 to bring in groceries and put away. Loving, caring, and a great "nana" Bob, Madi, and myself will miss you more than you know.
Please give mom and dad a big hug and kiss from me! Love you!
I have many fond memories with the Erickson family. Not only was Lyla my mom's best friend but David and I were best friends growing up as well. I spent lots of time at the cottage in Pewaukee. Lyla was always so kind and she had a great sense of humor. She will be missed. I know she is in heaven with Elmore & they are probably getting together with all of the neighbors. Rest in Peace Lyla.
Give mom & dad a big hug for me

RIP Lyla. May you be at peace.
Lyla was one of the best. She was my mothers best friend and our families had many wonderful times together. She was always in good spirits and laughing. I will miss her. A wonderful lady. We will miss her at the Java Train too Where she had her Naughty sausage & egg sandwich
Still a neighbor.
LYLA WAS A WONDERFUL, WARM, FUN LOVING WOMAN. WE SPENT MANY HAPPY HOURS WITH ELMORE AND LYLA BOTH IN FLORIDA AND WISCONSIN. OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY.
