Joe, I will miss your singing down the hallways and your laugh. Your family will miss you. Keep on shining and enjoy the Light & Love on the otherside.

Joe was a great man and a great friend for the short time we knew him he was as others have said was a mentor and leader while he was with us Speaker. I know the Speaker family will miss Joe and we all pray that Joe will look down on all of us and help us to better people.

How can somebody like Joe ever die?
Big-hearted, lovable, profane. Joe's wit, wisdom and humanity permeated the culture of J.W. Speaker. He was friend, mentor, and 'wise old man' for Tim, Jamie and the management team.
I've met a handful of true originals in my life – Joe was one.
I'm honored to have known him, and to have called him my friend.
I can't begin to imagine the magnitude of the loss for his family.
