Mike's mother and my mother,(Phyllis Ratajski Amundson) were best friends. As children, we grew up together. I have a lot of memories of Mike, my brother and I having fun together like jumping on beds while our parents were chatting. Once aunt
Francis sent us to the neighborhood store. We neglected to close the door and the shop owner asked if we were brought up in a barn. That was before the time of customer relations! Over the years, we lost touch. It has probably been over 50 years since I have seen Mike. I remember him as a good friend. May he rest in peace!
