Please accept our condolences at this difficult time. Martha and Andrew-you may not remember, but we were neighbors many years ago. Your father and mother were wonderful neighbors and friends. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

We were lucky to have both your mother and father as neighbors. They are missed.

Our sympathies to Martha, Andrew, and Betty and all your family. Steve was an inspiration and guide during my brief but most valued time at WCS and during my earlier years working in corrections. Steve and Fran were dear professional friends who we always enjoyed our opportunities to spend time with. Steve was a masterful leader who displayed the spirit of compassion and belief in fostering social justice that made Milwaukee a richer place to live. He will be greatly missed.
