Beth, when I think of Sy, I smile. He and Margaret befriended me and Tom when we first arrived here from the East Coast. Their talk of homestead life in BC urged us on to try "bush living" as they had. Your father the builder and gardener was an inspiration as we built our cabin in the woods and planted our first little food crop. Sy was a rare gem! Carol Mc
Beth, Jan & I send you our deep sympathies--we know how close you were to Sy and how much time you shared. I remember so fondly all of the meals we shared, especially over the holidays. Sy's love of reading and debate improved my life and the lives of many.
Beth-we share your loss and treasure many special memories of Sy and Margaret.
Dear Beth, I'm sorry for your loss. Your dad's smile will be one of my memories. Respectfully, Brita Rice
To the Family. Our family is sorry for your loss. It is hard to go through this difficult time, but it's good to know that we keep in our heart all the good moments, love, and care that we share with our loved ones. Romans 8:38, 39 says that nothing …. not even death is be able to separate us from God's love.
