Will miss your calls to John ...
I only knew Bill From the fringes, but a more commanding, tough presence I have never known. R.I.P Mullins
It's been many years, but I have fond memories of Bill from high school. I remember mostly that big smile! My condolences to the family. JoAnn (Davidson) Hutchison
Bill was the toughest man that I ever knew and I was lucky to get to see him and have lunch with him in Seattle in 2010. R.I.P. my old friend!
In the 90's, Bill was a great neighbor and friend. To celebrate the first Earth Day in Montara, we cut down a tree in Bill's front yard. It fell onto the street and took out Bill's cable tv line. Bill was always suggesting that he borrow a Sheedy crane and remove a tree in my back yard. We trimmed it with a saw instead and took out part of his fence and Kathy's roses. She was not amused. However, she was greatly amused when we lost control of a gas powered fence post hole digger in Bill's front yard. It kept swirling around, stuck in the hole/clay, and we had to tackle it with a blanket to kill the motor. When Bill turned 40, he started surfing Montara Beach. When Devil's slide went out in '95, Bill rode his bike over Montara mountain into Pacifica to drive to work. RIP, your "beaver brother" Ray.

WITH OUR BUDDY MAC MEINERS EXCEPT I'VE 2 GOOD EYES(?).....R.I.P...BILLY MULLINS.....MIKE..BAGS..BAGRON
I had a few adventures with Bill. They will be treasured. He was fearless. This brings a tear to my one good eye.
When you were 18 and living in the dorms at USF you were glad Bill lived on your floor. You always knew when he was there. And you always knew he would be there for you. Quite the presence...
For me Billy will always be remembered for his commanding presence. He always had an opinion and really knew how to keep things spirited, and always had a smile. My prayers are with Cathy, Johnny and 'little' Nina (Mom always called her that to differentiate from her Aunt Nina). Hope abounds in the faith that we will all be together again, whole and happy, forever. Gods blessings to the whole family, and love always. Treacy
So very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. -- Pat (Thomas)Srebrnik
