I apologize for the lateness of this message, but I just found out about Uncle Dan moments ago. So now the whole crew is gone. It's been so heart-breaking to watch the six of the Burnhams pass over the years. I have so many wonderful memories of all of them. They were all characters in their own way. I don't think Uncle Dan ever called me by my real name, it was always Teresa. But I never corrected him. I figured that was close enough. I will certainly miss him and his wise-cracking sense of humor, but I will never forget the legacy he and the others left behind. And I will continue to do my best to honor them and remember what they taught us about life, love, and to never stop dancing.
Rest in peace Uncle Dan, you and Aunt Virginia can now dance to your hearts content.

All my love,

Dan Burnham had know idea of his influence outside his own familey. My grandmother was Dan Srs sister. When big Danny died "Little Danny" stepped up. Danny and his wife Virginia and his Mother Bertha were of a big help to us out lying Burnhams and I wish to god I had told Dan that. RIP good man.

I know Danny will be missed by his children and grand children. He and Virginia led a very busy life and thank the Lord they found each other and had many years together.

Dear Burham Family,

There was a partial emptiness across the street starting in December of 2011. Now there is total emptiness. We miss your parents and the chats we would have in the driveway as we would try to help carry the grocery bags from Meijers into the house. "Oh no we can get them, we need the exercise" and then they would load the bags into the cart and haul them in. Such wonderful people. They are missed already.
