Steve was a jovial addition to the Kazooski Ski Club and was very social and friendly to everyone. His demeanor was always calm and methodical which would be an asset in his law firm. We will miss his smile and participation in our Euchre games. He was a gentle soul who never seemed to complain about his illness or felt sorry for himself. Rest in peace, Steve, and our sympathy to Sandy and the rest of Steve's family.
I will always remember Steve as a good friend. We became friends in the Kazooski Ski Club in 1978 and we were also dock mates at Deep Harbor Marina for many years. We supported each other through some tough times in our personal lives as will as some very good times. Larry & Kathy Picklo, Frankfort, Michigan
Steve was a good friend and trusted counsel. We had many good times together -- skiing with the Kazooskis, playing tennis at West Hills, and just getting together for good conversation. He was a fine man and will be greatly missed. Jim and Dolores Andrews Bonita Springs, Florida and Portage, Michigan
We will miss you we had a lot of fun at Deep Harbor and the boat trip that we toook together even the time that we were on Lake Michigan and no boat should have been out that day but we travel almost the whole day.
I only sunk 3 out of 4 of your boats. So long Captain. We sure had some good times.
