Dear Cindy, Mark and family,

My husband and I are devestated at your loss of Ana. I remember her as the bright eyed and smiling cousin who spent the night with her cousins on Bissell Street. May she rest in peace and may her bright and shining flower remain with you always.

Dear Cynthia and Mark, I knew Ana before she was born. Our families shared the cry room at St. Mary's. My own daughter, Anastasia, was a little stinker. I was so touch when you asked if I would mind if you named your daughter Anastasia also. I guess that is why I have made note over the years when her name would come up. My girls knew her as a feisty soccer player and they are probably sick of the story of her name. So I have always felt a strange attatchment to your daughter even though we didn't realy know each other. My heart goes out to you...I feel I have lost her too, like she was one of mine. Dear Mark, Cynthia, and the rest of the Schauer family,
We were stunned to hear the news, and our heart goes out to you. We have not seen Ana for years, but still have clear memories of her bright smile and vivacious personality on the soccer team with Asim, coached by Mark. We have always commented on what a wonderful family you are, and your strength and courage in the face of this tragedy is further testimony. You are in our thoughts. What a beautiful memorial for a beautiful person!!
