I met Frank and Leslie at our church, Southridge. I admired Frank so much, and loved the way he would look at his beautiful wife. Frank and I became friends and I thought he was the kindest, sweetest and most thoughtful man. I will miss him and his friendship greatly.
"Uncle Frank," as he was fondly know to the KBR staff, was always a gentleman and we enjoyed our chats when he would come to the office for meetings. He will be missed.
