Dear Lori,
I am saddened to hear that Lou has passed. His time as provost at Denison was transformative for the College. Both the Women's Studies and Black Studies Programs are part of his legacy. I owe much to him for his support of my own career development at Denison. Please accept my sincerest condolences at this very difficult time for you and your family.
All the best,
John L. Jackson
Dear Lori & Family,
Ken and I are saddened to hear of Lou's death. You were both very important to us throughout Ken's career at Denison. I have particularly fond memories of a Christmas celebration you invited us (and my visiting sisters) to share with you when we were newbies in Granville. That's just one example among many of your kindness to others. Our condolences to you at this difficult time.
We are sorry to hear of Lou's passing. We extend our deepest sympathies to the family.

I will miss you and always appreciated your support over the years. Uncle Lou was a genius. Love you!
Dear Lori & Family, I extend my deepest sympathies. Lou was instrumental in my professional development as a faculty member and eventual role as provost. He made a huge difference in my life and career.
