ANDREWS, PAUL EDWIN age 90, resident of Howell MI passed away Thursday November 30, 2017. Born on September 1, 1927 in Kalamazoo MI, he was the son of Tom and Carrie Andrews and was preceded by siblings Jack, Bob, Chuck, Tom, Anna Jane Andrews and Cora Ruth (Corkie) Collins. Paul graduated from Olivet College with a BA and earned a master's degree at Michigan State University. He worked as a math teacher in Livingston and Genesee Counties as well as abroad and loved to travel around the world. He was a Little League baseball coach, an avid Michigan sports fan and contributor to many charities including The Nature Conservancy and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Paul is survived by his sister Jean Kramer of Mt. Pleasant MI and was the loving father of Dirk Andrews of Santa Cruz, CA, Kelly (Gary) Fisher of Pagosa Springs, CO, Lisa (Paul) Fergus of Howell MI, proud grandfather of Ryan (Monica) Fergus, Benjamin (Janelle) Fergus, Nathan Fergus, Drew (Katy) Fisher, Matt Fisher and of triplet great-grandchildren Walter, Finn and Levi Fergus. A memorial service in honor and celebration of Paul's life will be in July of 2018 around the time of his annual family reunion, which has always been his favorite event.
