RIP Mr. Karras, you inspired so many people in so many ways. You were down to earth and full of heart. My sympathy and prayers out to the Karras family. Blessed Journey sir.
Alex will be in the Hall of Fame just on his accomplishments off the field alone, a great football player, actor, commentator and person...Rest in peace Alex & Thank you for sharing your life and making our's more enjoyable.

So very sorry for your loss! My Dad, the great golfer, Walter Powers, and I watched all the Lions games together throughout the '50s and '60s. Your husband was a star both on and off the field!

Lets not forget Alex Karras in the movie Against All Odds where he starred along side Jeff Bridges. He was a natural on the field and in the movies.
