I am blessed and honored to have known her. She was, is, and will always be, one of the most amazing women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I will miss Arlene's friendly smile, her quiet determination to get things done. Most of all I will miss the sincere way she had of interacting with family and friends. She will be missed.
