John and Family: I was sad to read of your mother's death. May God's richest blessings be with one and all during the very difficult time.
Betty was a dear friend and wonderful person, with a winning smile and sense of humor that won't be forgotten by those who knew her. She was also a caring dispatcher when she was on the Sheriffs Department. When on a call, I always knew that if I didn't check in with her in a timely manner, she was on that radio to check and see that everything was ok with me. She loved her job, took it seriously, and always had your back. God bless you Betty, I'll never forget you.
Major Dewey W. Bond (Retired)
Sorry for the loss of Betty. She was a super lady. She was a lot of fun to be around at the Sheriff's Office. The last time I saw her was at the Howell's 25th wedding dinner in Levenworth, had a good time visiting with her about the Sheriff's Office days. God bless her and all the family. From a long time friend. Terry J. Clark
Sending thoughts and prayers to all of you at this time. I will always remember she called me "Bird Legs". Love, Jackie Kelley
