I have been blest to have known the Bortko family all of my life and have fond memories of Edward. He consistently was a gentleman and conveyed a kind spirit. I know he will be deeply missed by all of us who have known him. I hope Edward is enjoying the reunion in heaven with his parents, friends, relatives, nephew Gary, and I hope he is doing the polka with Bernice and Lucille. My deepest sympathy to all of you.
I grew up down the street from the Bortko's . Ed was a very loving man and will be missed by all.
RIP my friend.
Ed helped so many people through his volunteer work with the AARP Tax-Aide program. He was such a pleasure to work with. We will miss him! Our condolences to his family.
