My prayers and thoughts are with you.
I am so deeply sorry for the loss of Dr. Tillery. She was such an inspiration to so many, and both of you have touched my life. I am grateful to have known her, and you are both in my daily prayers. Peace be upon you, and my family will always be at your service. God bless.
Dr. Bailey, I am saddened to hear of the loss of Dr. Tillery. I was privileged to be in two of her courses at UTSA. She not only taught me English and writing, but more importantly how to be a compassionate and caring teacher. I know how deeply she loved you and my prayers are that God will comfort you in your loss.
Guy and family,
Our prayers are with you at this time of devastating loss.
Know there is a 'world' beyond of comfort.

Dr. Bailey, we are so sorry for your loss. You and Jan were such gracious host to us in the President's Box a few years ago at a Tech - Kansas State football game. Jan displayed great passion for the Raiders. It was great to discuss with her our memories of her parents. They were special people not unlike their daughter. Joan and Fred Weaver
I am truly sadden by this news. I had the honor of being her student, as well as Dr. Bailey's, and they both made my college education so worth it. I know she is in peace now, but will still be missed.
Dr. Bailey, Please accept my greatest condolences, as I know that your love for Jan was immense. You both had such a profound effect on my life, and one of the great lights of the world has gone out with her. Much love and peace to you and all of you that loved her in the end. She is greatly missed.
