A gift from my Father
I smelled you today. I don't know why my heavenly Father gave me this gift. Nor why He gave it to me in a thrift store in Texas. I called Nora over and asked her if she smelled anything. She said, “Yeah, Rashida.” When Lee came near she said, “What's that perfume smell? Where's it coming from?” She looked around. I had already searched the area. Nora told her it was your perfume, Moon Petal Musk.
I still have too many of your things here. Mostly clothes you used to wear during the years you went to church. Baby clothes, baskets, candles and picture frames have their places in my room and the guest room. It's the semi-annual time of year when they comfort and cut me at once. Today is the 6th of October, nine days from your birthday
