Carol and Jeff, I was shocked to see that Milford had passed away. I was recently at Chapel Hill cemetery and came across his resting place. Milford was truly a good neighbor that loved to share his stories and proudly show off his home improvements. Although we haven't seen or spoken to one another since we moved to Phoenix in 1994, I have often thought of him and your family. He'll live on in all of our memories. Cindy and I send our deepest sympathies for your loss. Long live the spirit of Milford McCorkendale.

Sorry, I didn't realize that Corky as I always knew him had passed away. We had many good times of friendship through the years at Chemagro as it was then known, later to become Bayer. Corky marched to his own drummer and wasn't shy about letting it be known. He will be missed.

Carol, he is healthy and happy on the other side of the veil. His love for you is deeper and wider now than ever in this life. That is the joy in your sorrow.
