I work at Coburg Village as a member of the waitstaff. Everyday I looked forward to coming to work to see Mr. Jennings, always the first one waiting by the door. He always ran in with a smile on his face and a big appetite :). Just recently he shared many of his memories of his past with me. We bonded talking about our favorite recipes and our favorite places to eat- he even let me borrow two of his favorite cook books. I copied many of the recipes onto my computer and named them Mr. Jennings favorite recipes. ( I still have these books if any members of the family would like them back) We talked every single day about his vacation he was planning on going on, he seemed to get more and more excited about it every day. I left on vacation on the same day of his passing but I found out today. I was heart broken that he won't be able to go on his dream vacation. He mad a very big impact on my life, telling me all of his selfless acts of kindness he has done through his years. I only wish to grow to be like him. Coburg Village will never be the same. Heaven gained an angel

Jennings family, so sorry about your loss, I remember the family since Olathe is my home town, one day visiting the National Archives, K. C., we were both surprised to meet again and got re-acquainted, his brother Cliff was in our class of 42 OHS
