Milo Pockrandt Obituary

FOREST PARK – Milo O. Pockrandt, 88, of Forest Park passed away Oct. 15, 2013.

He was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis for 55 years; loving father of Pamela (Ron) Stahl of Geneva, Jacklyn (Raymond Fleishleber) Pockrandt of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Milo E. (Ruby ) Pockrandt of Berwyn; cherished grandfather of Douglas E. Stahl; dear brother of Butch Pockrandt, Arlene St. Clair, Dorothy Tock, Carol Wehrstein and the late Delphine Carver and Bud Pockrandt.

Milo worked at the Hines VA Hospital from 1969 to 1986 as chief medical electronics inspector and before that he owned Milo's T.V. Service in Forest Park. He was a WWII veteran in the Army Air Corps and was an member of the American Legion in Forest Park for many years.

Visitation is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 W. Madison St., Forest Park, where service will held at 11 a.m. Interment is at Oakridge Cemetery.
