In Remembrance of Sgt. Keicia M. Hines, on the 3rd anniversary of the day she lost her life while in the service of our Country.
May she, rest safely in God's Loving Care and know that she is a True American heroine, that shall Never Be Forgotten.
May the Peace of the Lord be with the Hines family.
There will never be enough ways, to humbly thank these Heroes, for their Sacrifices, my brother among them. KIA-Vietnam 1967.

"And God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes,
there shall be no more death,
nor sorrow, nor crying,
there shall be no more pain.
For the former things have have passed away."
Revelations 21:4

May you find peace in knowing the love and memories you have of Keicia, will remain in your heart forever and that this Country remembers her sacrifice.
I am deeply sorry for your loss.

To the family of this beautiful young woman. I am having a hard time writing this without crying. I know she is in the hands of the Lord. I have two children in the Army and I can only imagine the pain your family felt. I will keep your family in my prayers.

To the family of Sgt. Keicia Hines;
There are no words which can ease the pain in the loss of your loved one. I'm sorry for your loss and that it took so long for me to get around to doing this.
I often recite this at our services: "The clock of life is wind but once, and no man has the power to stop it at a late or early hour. Now is the only time you own. Live, love and work with a will. Place no faith in tomorrow, for the clock may then be still".

May God Bless,
Keith D. Oten, Sr.
