Dick and I worked with Jerry Conroy in Product Quality for many years. For Dick's retirement
party, I gave him a wooden cane with a squeeze
horn on the top so he could warn people he was coming!

It was an honor to know and work with him.

I worked with Dick at Caterpillar many years ago. He was very detailed with his work. I learned a lot from him. The Miech family will be in our Prayers during this time of sorrow.

Dick was a special person. In addition to knowing him from St. Mary's I worked with him at the Country Charm years ago and he and Trudy were friends of my folks. We had lots of good times and laughs on my dad's (Nick Moisa) porch back in the day when Trudy worked for dad. He and Trudy were special people that we all loved a lot. He will be missed. I am so glad I got to know this stellar individual. Rest in the peace of the Lord's arms, Dick!
