In the new earth to come, Mr. Havens once awakened from his peaceful rest can continue to once again to play his guitar in a beautiful paradise. Never to be harmed by death again. Take care family and friends, Isaiah 65: 17, 21-23

We talked at Woodstock in 1969, and again when we met once again before you did The Cousin Brucie Show on WWOR-TV and you never did change! Your music was still entertaining, your personality was still very warm and most of all your laugh was still refreshing as ever before!
The world will never be the same again, thank you for so much my dear friend and associate.

May you rest in peace, and be welcomed with open arms by our father Jesus Christ.

You Changed this little Detroit gals OutLook on Life at the age of 13. Yes, that is all I was when you sat on that stool and began to open the 1st (1969) Woodstock Art and Music Festival. It was an honor to share in Knowing People Like you existed and Believed In peace....Your Music will carry US on For Generations to come.
