Ned was a great guy, and always a pleasure to be around. He will be missed.
Ned, I was surprised by your passing. It was a pleasure to know and work with you in St Petersburg. You will be missed but you are in a better place.
Enjoyed knowing Ned the short time I worked with him. His big personality and wit made him a joy to be around. Condolences to his family and friends. Ned will be missed, but never forgotten.
I was so surprised to hear the sad news. May he rest in peace and be aware that all the people he inspired will carry on in his absence. He always could find sunlight on a dreary day. May God smile on him and laugh at his jokes too.
I was shocked to hear the news and am saddened by it.
It was my pleasure to have known you over the years while in St Petersburg and after you moved to Lexington.
You will be truly missed.
God Bless You My Friend. Rest in Peace.
Ned, you'll always be a good friend. I admired your insights and support during the years our careers overlapped in Florida and In Kentucky. Professionally, it was truly a rewarding experience to have you as my mentor in the 90s and to have that role reverse in the 00s (pronounced ought years) when I led you. Now and then I still use some of your jokes to lighten up my teammates when times get stressful. You will not be forgotten as you impacted more folks than you can imagine. Rest in peace my friend.
I'm glad to have known you, if only for a little while. Wishing you the best on the next part of your journey.
Will miss you Ned, so enjoyed talking with you about the Navy and time you spent in Nam. I'll hold you in my heart forever. ~ Gretchen Barsody
I only knew you a short time, but do miss seeing you around. You were always very kind to me and I enjoyed our little talks. I am glad you are at peace.
