In life's journey you have the opportunity to meet someone special, not only was i lucky to meet him but i had the opportunity to spend the next 30 year's of my life being a employee for 14 yrs then the next 10 yrs able to see him every morning, i thank GOD everyday for this opportunity, i will miss you my BOSS, my FRIEND, and a person i will look up to for the rest of my life. I was sorry to read about Mr. Steven's death. I vaguely remember Herb, but vividly remember my father, Oscar Dishman Jr., speaking of him when I worked with the horses. I do hope you'll find comfort in your memories of the good times that you shared.
I met Herb a long time ago in Kentucky. It didn't take me long to know I was around an incredible horseman. Prayers for Herb's grieving family and friends, God bless.
